Madison’s newest cocktail spot; The Robin Room, opens its doors to Seth Feldman of BroVo Spirits, and Bar DeVille in Chicago, as well as Noelle DiPrizio of Chicago Distilling Company, for a seminar highlighting contemporary technique in the cocktail game.

Noelle co-founded Chicago Distilling, one of the first urban craft distillery / cocktail bar hybrids in the country, with her husband and brother-in-law. Formally trained as an interior designer at the University of Wisconsin, Noelle worked for some of the top design firms in Chicago and has owned her own residential design business since 2008. In 2013, Noelle took a leap of faith and scaled back her design business in search of a new challenge and a chance to work side-by-side with her husband to create a business with craft at the epicenter. Chicago Distilling was created to provide an avenue to instill the values of hard work and craftsmanship to their two sons, and build a family business that might some day be passed to them.
Noelle runs the front of house Tasting Room and Retail Area and oversees the daily operations of Chicago Distilling Company. She works with the Beverage Director and strives to translate the handcrafted qualities of the spirits into the cocktail program by staying as local and seasonal as possible. Noelle also collaborates on the product development, branding, distribution and marketing of Chicago Distilling with her husband.
